All service bookings require advance scheduling, preferably through our online appointment system or by calling +65 6745 2341. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Peak period bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.

While we strive for timely completion, estimated service delivery timelines are provisional and subject to change based on unforeseen complexities, part availability, or additional findings during inspection. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Apex Autosport reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Comprehensive Warranty Information
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the service bay. Apex Autosport provides robust warranty coverage, giving you complete confidence in the longevity and quality of our workmanship and the parts we use.

2.1. Service Warranty Periods & Coverage Details
All Apex Autosport services are covered by a standard 90-day warranty on workmanship, unless otherwise specified for certain specialized services (e.g., PPF, ceramic coating may have longer terms). This warranty covers defects in application or performance directly attributable to our work.
2.2. Parts & Labor Warranty Terms
Parts supplied and installed by Apex Autosport carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the component. Our labor for part installation is warranted for 90 days. Defective parts will be replaced or repaired at no additional labor cost within the warranty period.
2.3. Warranty Claim Procedures & Customer Support Processes

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or services performed by third parties after our work. Consumable items (e.g., brake pads, wiper blades) are not typically covered beyond initial defects. Please refer to your specific service agreement for details.

3. Payment Terms & Pricing Policies
At Apex Autosport, we believe in complete financial transparency. Our pricing structure is straightforward, and our payment policies are designed for your convenience and clarity.

3.1. Payment Methods Accepted & Processing Procedures
Apex Autosport accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayNow, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely upon service completion, or as per agreed payment schedules for larger projects. Digital invoices will be provided.
3.2. Pricing Policies & Quote Validity Periods
Quotes provided by Apex Autosport are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change after this period. Any additional services requested or unforeseen work required will be quoted and approved by you before proceeding.
3.3. Late Payment Terms & Collection Procedures
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Accounts outstanding for more than 7 days may incur a late payment charge of 1% per month on the unpaid balance. We reserve the right to engage collection agencies for severely overdue accounts.
3.4. Refund & Cancellation Policies with Timeline Specifications
Refunds for pre-paid services are subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Services already rendered are non-refundable. For parts, refunds are subject to our supplier's return policy and a restocking fee.

4. Liability & Protection Terms
Your vehicle is paramount. Apex Autosport adheres to stringent protocols and clear liability frameworks to protect your asset and ensure peace of mind during its time with us.

4.1. Service Liability Coverage & Limitation of Damages
Apex Autosport maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for incidents occurring on our premises or directly resulting from our service negligence. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the cost of the services rendered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
4.2. Customer Vehicle Protection & Insurance Coordination
While your vehicle is in our care, it is protected by our internal security measures. We recommend customers maintain their own comprehensive vehicle insurance. In the event of damage, we will coordinate with your insurer to facilitate repairs as needed.
4.3. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances Policies
Apex Autosport is not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or widespread material shortages. We will endeavor to inform you promptly of any such events.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Singapore.
